Why faith based counseling or therapy?
We offer faith based professional and supportive counseling to facilitate the "living out" of our consumers' spiritual development and growth along lifes journey.
For many people their values, true core values of how we view our purpose or mission in life, good and bad or right and wrong are shaped by our faith. As a person of faith you may be searching for answers to difficulties you are experiencing, relational problems or issues of addiction that are not in line with your faith. You may know the text of materials you have read, church or other religious teachings yet you may struggle with the application.
Through faith-based therapy, we begin to explore those areas of conflict between the true core values and the living out of these values through choice and action. Therapy is focused on identification of thoughts and behaviors which support the life conflict through professional clinical and spiritual principles.

Fees
Counseling services are primarily fee for service and currently limited third party payments are accepted. We will be happy to provide consumers with an insurance ready reciept which the consumer can submit to their insurance company. Journeys End Counseling is also a provider for certain income eligible community programs such as, TANF and FSPT when funding is available.
Accepted forms of payment are cash and personal checks.
