We don't live in isolation, therefore when one family member is suffering others are impacted as well. Parents may feel helpless to "fix the problem" and struggle to ensure the other family members are seen and supported. Couples Counseling

With a focus on communication, conflict management and repair therapy is based upon the Emotionally Focused Therapy model. Couples experience a deeper emotional connection and understanding of emotional intimacy and transparency in relationships.
