Insurance Coverage for Therapy
This depends on the insurance plan and coverage for out-of-network services, telehealth, or in-person visits. Typically, the client pays the provider and the client receives a Superbill.
A Superbill does not guarantee reimbursement and the reimbursement may only cover 50-70% of the fee. Therapy fees are due on the day of the session.
Sessions are held at a minimum of twice per month as research indicates consistent sessions create better and more effective outcomes. The length of the exclusive sessions allows for a greater depth of issues, exploration, and skill-building.

Couples Therapy Sessions are 75-90 minutes for $250.00-$300.00

Individual Therapy Sessions 65-80 minutes for $150.00-$225.00
