Cancellation Policy

Policies for the 6-Session Virtual Therapy Package Uncover, Reflect, Break Through 1. Package Payment Each session is $140. Total package investment is $840. Full payment is due at the time of scheduling unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. Payment may be made via [insert payment method/platform, e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Zelle]. 2. Session Scheduling All six sessions must be scheduled within 12 weeks of purchase to maintain consistency and therapeutic momentum. Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments using the provided booking link or portal. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered missed and non-refundable. No-shows and late cancellations cannot be rescheduled or credited toward future sessions. If therapist is unable to attend a session, the session will be rescheduled within the same week or as soon as possible. 4. Refund Policy This package is non-refundable once the first session has been completed. If a client chooses not to continue prior to the first session, a refund may be issued minus a $25 administrative fee. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are conducted in a confidential, HIPAA-compliant virtual setting. Clients are encouraged to ensure they are in a private space during sessions to maintain confidentiality and therapeutic effectiveness. 6. Reflection Work and Worksheets Reflection prompts and curated worksheets will be emailed after each session. These are intended to deepen insight between sessions and are an integral part of the package. Completion of these materials is optional but strongly recommended for optimal progress. 7. Expiration The package expires 4 months (16 weeks) from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. 8. Clinical Scope This package is intended for individual therapy with clients who are motivated for growth and change. It is not appropriate for crisis intervention or clients requiring high-level clinical care. If additional support is needed outside the scope of this package, referrals will be provided.
