Through a strength-based assessment a comprehensive Organizational Action Plan can be developed and implemented to aid the organization achieving steps necessary to move the organization to the next level. Consultation services are also available to help determine an organization’s overall readiness to implement an accreditation endeavor.

Consultation Fees
- Organization Assessment $120.00 per hour includes detailed report based upon specific categories relevant to the organizations’ services and programs, funding and reporting requirements, clientele and mission, areas of concern and recommendations.
- On-Site Consultation or Technical Assistance $ 110.00 per hour includes documentation review, staff observation, service delivery model review, Customized Staff Training or Professional Development $50.00/ participant
Business Coaching Fees
- $100.00 per session.
